Bakeris Roofing has served the Central Iowa area for over 35 years. We are committed to making a difference in the community. The focus of our daily business is to provide families and businesses with safe and high-quality roofing systems. We can build a stronger community by providing those less fortunate with a safe roof over their heads. It is our way of thanking the residents of this community who have supported our business for over 35 years. Each year we select a deserving family in our community to receive a new roof.

By providing a FREE roof replacement for an individual or family in need, we are giving back to our community.

1. Nominations need to be submitted by June 30th 
2. Nominees must own and live in the residence that will receive the new roof.
3. The giveaway is open to Iowa residents of age and living within Bakeris Roofing’s service territory, including a 50-mile radius around Des Moines. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Bakeris Roofing, advertising, promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates and associates are excluded from this giveaway.
4. The giveaway is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
5. All decisions of Bakeris Roofing are final.
6. All materials sent (including photos and videos) will be retained and become the property of Bakeris Roofing.
7. The selected recipient will receive one residential roof replacement from Bakeris Roofing.
8. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for roof repair will not be eligible.
9. Must be current on the mortgage and must be Bakeris Roofing service area.
10. All prizes are non-transferable.
11. Giveaway June 1^st -June 30^th
12. The announcement of the winner will be July 8^th.
