When Jeff founded Bakeris Roofing back in 1990, things were simpler. He was a hard worker with a vision: to provide the highest quality roofing services in Central Iowa without the games or gimmicks.
Over 36 years later, that original dedication hasn't changed, but our fleet has sure grown. We've expanded from a small local crew into Iowa's most trusted roofing contractor, bringing that same work ethic to thousands of homes across Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs.
Today we use Owens Corning, Tamko, Malarkey, GAF, CertainTeed, and Stone Coated Metal. The best materials on the market, but our core promise remains the same as Jeff's from day one: we tell you the truth, we show up when we say we will, and we stand by our work long after the trucks pull out of your driveway.

Second-generation roofing contractor who opened Bakeris Roofing in 1990. Jeff learned the trade from his father, who instilled a great work ethic and a commitment to taking care of the people you work for.
